What is Chair
Massage?
Chair massage is performed in a specially designed
massage chair and focuses on the areas of the back,
neck, shoulders, arms and hands. A session
lasts anywhere between 5 and 30 minutes. There is
no need to use oils or lotions so the client remains
fully clothed.
Chair massage increases blood flow and decreases
tension in the muscles that tend to ache from everyday
stresses. After your massage you will feel relaxed and
notice an increase in energy just moments after your
massage. Receiving a chair massage is a much healthier way to spend your
coffee break than at the coffee maker.
How much space is
required?
Chair massage can be performed almost anywhere, such
as a corner in an office, small area of a trade show
booth, or a small room in your home. We only need space
to set up the chair and be able to move around it
comfortably.
